MEDICAL PRACTICE SUCCESS SUMMIT 2020
Improve Your Practice. Inspire Your Team.
The 4 Things You Will Learn at MPS 2020
Learn why this is the only summit for clinic owners and medical professionals that you must attend.
#1. Improve The Financial Health of Your Practice
We know running a medical practice is about more than just the numbers, but it’s hard to provide exceptional care when you’re crippled by a poorly managed revenue cycle.
Stacy Calvaruso will show you how to best manage your practice’s financials through tips to improve your practice’s revenue cycle from coding to filing claims and more!
#2. Bring More New Patients Through The Door
Just like the retail store down the street, you should market to your audience. You may not be selling a product to clients, but you are selling a service—your healthcare. You need to encourage people to visit your clinic or office instead of your competitors. But how do you draw in more patients? You have to start marketing! From grassroots to digital marketing, our experts can give you an inside look on how to best market your practice.
#3. Better Retain Your Existing Patients
The best way to ensure patients become raving fans is to create RAVING FAN TEAM MEMBERS. By inspiring each of your team members to take pride in their responsibilities and truly own their job, you ensure your patients will have the BEST experience.
You create this amazing customer service environment by building a fun culture on the backbone of work ethic. Your team members may have to earn their paychecks, but they also need to care about the medical practice as much as you do.
#4. Expand Your Practice
Our keynote speaker, Tim Reynolds, M.D. grew his urgent care practice from a single location to 17 spanning four different states — and that’s not even including the several specialty practices he’s opened, too!
At the Medical Practice Success Summit, you will learn how to scale your practice to heights you may have never dreamed of before! You will also learn useful tips on how to improve your personal life in ways that will directly affect how you manage your practice.
Wow, I couldn't describe the Success Summit better. Mark (my husband) and I came away so inspired with knowledge in every area of operating an urgent care center. However, the inspiration to create an amazing life for ourselves and pass along the energy to our employees, colleagues and our communities is what is invaluable. Many thanks and warm aloha to all.-Donna C.S.
One of the biggest things improved has been with structuring and time management. The second biggest thing was it helped give me the courage to open a second clinic and it is doing really well. The MPS summit changed my life.-Dr. Doug MeHaffie
