Formerly an ER physician and Green Beret medic, Dr. Tim Reynolds is also the founder of Dr. Tim International Inc., and chief executive officer of Reynolds Management Services.
Dr. Tim is one of the urgent care industry’s leading experts and foremost thinkers on management techniques, leadership, business strategies, work-life “balance”, and putting the fun in the medical practice business for everyone involved.
Dr. Tim dedicates countless hours to helping others transform their lives and businesses through mentoring, teaching, and so much more through his teaching enterprise Living Every Minute.
As the Founder/CEO of Access Strategies, and Chief Executive Officer of Medical Practice Success, Stacy is responsible for formulating and implementing solutions that facilitate patients Access to Care with multiple large healthcare organizations. Through her engagements in the Patient Access and Revenue Cycle service areas, Stacy has been able to drive execution to significantly improve customer experience and loyalty.
Stacy has provided key presentations for organizations such as NAHAM, EPIC UGM, HFMA, as well as for multiple organizations on talent management, employee relations, and strategic operational improvements based on current and future industry challenges. She has an impressive track record of improving the efficiency of daily operations while focusing on the variations within growing, mature, or complex organizations.
Stacy has 25 years of successful senior leadership experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle, specifically focusing on large scale projects in Patient Access Services, Patient Financial Services, and Physician Practice Operations. She has worked with top tier health care organizations including Ochsner Health System, General Health, HFMA Client Training & Development, as well as W.O. Moffitt and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. She has held multiple Board positions with key industry organizations such as National Association Healthcare Access Managers, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and Medical Group Management Association, and is a current contributing editor and author for Hospital Access Management Magazine.
Pamela Reynolds is the chief operating and culture officer at HealthCARE Express, where her primary focus is growing the company by developing learners and leaders within the business.
During her tenure, she has recruited a highly talented team dedicated to providing amazing customer service and leading the crusade to make a positive difference in each community where the company has a clinic.
Inspired by the passion of growing people, Pam spearheaded the development of monthly team meetings, implemented changes to staffing metrics and ongoing training, and put in place measures to incentivize top talent.
Angela Evans is a lifetime resident of Texarkana, TX. A loving wife and mother of a nine-year-old daughter. Angela graduated from Texas High School in 1997 and furthered her education in Marketing at Texarkana College.
Since college, Angela has developed a strong background in marketing and entrepreneurship, using these skills in her current position as the Chief Marketing Officer for HealthCARE Express. Angela is very active in her community and has a passion for giving back. In her role as a board member for The Healing Place, Angela helps the organization distribute school supplies to needy children, offer GED classes for those wanting to finish high school, develop job training and much more.
Angela believes that a person will remember not what you did, but how you make them feel. By following this philosophy, she hopes to make Texarkana a better place.
